The Studio

Welcome to the Studio page. I run a music studio in near Stansted in Essex and I’m available to record/produce/arrange in any style. I also work with a network of session musicians to provide the highest quality session recording and musicianship (see Below). Equipment

Mics - Neumann U-87, SE Electronics Gemini III, Stereo Matched Neumann KM184, AKG D112, Shure SM58 Beta, 3x Shure SM58 and 2x SM57.

Outboard & Hardware - 2x Universal Audio 5076, 2x Universal Audio 710 Twinfinity, RME Fireface 800, Presonus Firestudio Tube, Adam A7 Monitors. Universal Audio Quad and Custom Built Audio DAW Inc a large selection of UA Plugins.

Instruments - There is also a great selection Of electric and Acoustic Guitars aswell as a Drum Kit, Banjo, Mandolin, Digital Piano and Percussion available.

Rates

- Day rate £20 per Hour (£25 at weekends)

- Mixing £25 per full band song or £15 for simpler projects (e.g 1 voice and 1 instrument)

- Online sessions are variable and depend on the individual musician’s rates & travel costs etc please email contact@davegerardmusic.com for a quote. Please note that generally the more songs you’d like the musician to play on the cheaper it will be per song.
